• Understand that no recurring subscriptions apply; charges are based solely on the volume of product descriptions generated and the number of languages requested.

7. Service duration and termination

The fee you pay is based on the number of products for which descriptions are generated and the number of languages requested. Your access to the service will continue for as long as you have not violated these Terms of Use or unless otherwise terminated by either party:

• Termination by User: You may terminate your use of the service at any time. However, fees paid for generated descriptions are non-refundable.
• Termination by The Gendai: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach any of these terms or for any other reason as permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability and disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Gendai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
